To remove an exhausting routine of work, vacation is the right choice. When on vacation, we can do many fun activities to make the mind refreshed.
But the holidays are often the reason we left the training schedule to keep in shape. So often, after a long holiday, the body actually expanded because too much food but forget to exercise.
In fact, taking a vacation, we still can do sports activities. Vacation to the beach, lake or even to the mountain, you can still do the body work. Needless to strenuous exercise, really. Simply move your body and make the body sweat, while making a fun game.
Come on, sport while on vacation! Whatever sport you choose, do not forget to set up equipment such as a comfortable athletic shoes, sunblock to protect skin from the sun, a hat to protect the head, and sunglasses to protect the eyes so as not to glare.
Swim
Each time you go on vacation, bring your swim gear. If during your holiday stay at the hotel, take advantage of the pool facilities to make the body stay fresh and fit.
If you are on vacation to the beach, certainly do not want to waste the swimming events in the ocean, right? Invite your family or your friends swim together for even more fun. Bring your child play equipment, such as buoys, plastic toys, and so forth.
Water polo
Bring a small plastic ball to play water polo while swimming. Make a team with your family or your friends. While playing, do not feel your body moving so much burn calories.
If playing in the pool, select the pool that was not too deep. Make sure when playing, the ball does not drift too far and interfere with other people. If playing in the sea, select the part of the shallow, sandy and there are no coral reefs that could hurt the foot. Also make sure that no hazardous waste that can injure the skin of the foot. Stay alert while playing and noticed the arrival of the waves.
Football
Clean white sand beaches can be used to play beach soccer. Feel the sensation of playing ball in the sand. It feels more difficult and heavy, but definitely fun. This exercise can make you sweat and burn calories faster bigger.
Vacation this time you took a family trip to the botanical gardens? While enjoying the vast gardens and shade trees, you can also do sports football on the lawn.
Select a fairly flat lawn. Make sure that no tree roots or stones that could be dangerous when you and your family play.
Beach volleyball
You also can use a plastic ball to play beach volleyball. Make a perfunctory net with sticks and rope. Choose the clean beaches of rocks, rubble and garbage. Clean up first before playing so as not to injure the foot.
